Nytack is a British Company established in 1974, and has enjoyed a reputation for innovation, quality and flexibility for more than 30 years. All of our products are individually crafted to rigorous quality standards by highly-skilled machinists in our own workshops in Somerset, England.
Contact us with suggestions for improvements, things you don't like and products you think we ought to supply. We will always take notice, but we may not always take up your suggestions!

Making A Purchase
Making a purchase is easy and secure. Our prices are shown inclusive of VAT. Where options are chosen, prices are adjusted accordingly. You have the chance to examine and confirm your selections before final payment. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Switch/Maestro. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax or snail mail. Please DO NOT email your credit card details. We WILL NOT ask you to email your credit card details. This is very insecure. If we have a payment query we will phone or fax you. Please note that Credit Card transactions will appear as SOMERDATA LTD on your statement.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. Please note that descriptions and pictures on this site are indicative only. We reserve the right to change any of our designs, materials or construction of our goods.
Shipping And Handling
While many of our goods are held in stock, some will be manufactured to order, so please allow up to 7 days for shipment. We will contact you if shipping is likely to be longer than this and give you the option of cancelling or amending your order.
Orders are usually shipped UK surface mail using Second Class Royal Mail service. Larger or bulkier orders are shipped using Parcel Force or similar carrier. Please use the order form or contact us if you have special delivery instructions. If you have problems with our carrier please contact us. When you receive goods please DO NOT sign for them as "received in satisfactory condition" or similar unless you have had a chance to inspect them. Let us or the carrier know immediately if you suspect transit damage.
We reserve the right to ship only to the cardholder's registered address if we cannot prove to our satisfaction that an alternative shipping address is legitimate.
If you need to return goods, please ensure that you pack them securely and use a secure carrier.
Due to U.S. Customs Import Restrictions we regret we cannot ship items to the U.S.A.
Delivery Schedule
We will normally send your order to you within 5 business days, sooner if we can supply from stock .
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK 15% VAT is included. EU businesses with a valid VAT registration can receive goods UK VAT-free.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. Please note that the transaction will appear on your Credit Card statement as Somerdata Ltd.
Guarantee
Nytack products are designed and manufactured to last. If you believe our goods are faulty due to poor workmanship or material defects within one year of purchase we will gladly replace them . However, we reserve the right to reject claims for excessive wear and tear, malicious or accidental damage, or where we have reasonable grounds to believe the claim may be fraudulent. We are only able to offer this guarantee to original purchasers.

Returns Policy
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return to us within 7 days of shipment in the original packaging for a full refund.
Please note that this provision does not extend to goods supplied that have been customised to your requirements, for example personalised embroidery, or specialised livery.We will notify you on acknowledgment of your order if this condition pertains.
Goods returned will be examined for damage or use. If the goods are found to be faulty under the Company's warranty terms a replacement will be issued and carriage charges refunded.
